Cancellation Policy

At Natural Therapeutics Massage & Wellness, we do everything we can to provide the best possible service and strive to accommodate scheduling requests. We understand that you may not always be able to keep your appointment time and kindly ask you give us 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointments. This allows for someone else in need of a massage to schedule an appointment in that time. This also ensures that our therapists who are paid based on a commission do not lose out on revenue. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee (please see description below) of $30 or 50% of the appointment price (whichever is greater). All appointments require a credit card to reserve the session. If you schedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you no longer have the option to cancel without getting charged. You will either incur the late cancellation fee or a no show fee (please see description below). If you call within 2 hours of your appointment start time you are considered a no show and will be charged the full price of your appointment. Please see below for a full description of our no show policy. Thank you for honoring our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy for Coupons

In lieu of requiring a credit card to hold your appointment we require your coupon voucher code to hold your appointment. If you late cancel or no show we will redeem your coupon.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Therapists are only required to wait 15 minutes for you to arrive. Please call if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to ensure the therapist is on site and is willing to do a shortened massage. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Late Cancel Policy

If you call to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a late cancel fee of $30 or 50% of the appointment cost (whichever is greater). If you call and give us ample time to get your appointment time slot rescheduled with another client we will not charge you the late cancel fee. We ask that you try to help us accommodate as many clients as possible and greatly appreciate you doing your part to help our business and our therapists to be successful.

No Show Policy                                                            

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service. If you call to cancel within 2 hours of your appointment start time you fall into our no show policy and will be charged the full price for your missed appointment. If you call after business hours and leave a voicemail to cancel for a 9a or 1015a appointment you fall into our no show policy and will be charged the full price of the appointment. All appointments require a credit card in order to be reserved or a Groupon voucher number. This policy stays in affect if you scheduled your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment.

Coupon Expiration Policy

We recommend that you book your appointment no less than three weeks before the expiration date to ensure redemption.  Purchaser will always have the value of the certificate/coupon to use. If  date is passed the expiration date, purchaser will be able to use credit towards a full price service.

Baby & Pet Policy

If you bring your baby or your pet to Natural Therapeutics without talking to a staff member prior to see if it is okay you will have to forfeit your service and pay the full price. Natural Therapeutics must stay relatively quiet throughout your session out of respect for other clients trying to relax.
