Most recently she took a course in Ashiatsu Deep Feet Therapy, which has completely transformed her practice. Using her feet to perform the massage she is able to give an even deeper and more therapeutic massage. Sherri also enjoys performing her other modalities which include Relaxation, Neuromuscular, Lomi-Lomi, Hot Stone and Prenatal massage. Lisa came to massage from a 25 year career as an author whose books promoted understanding and emotional healing. Ready to include the body in this mission of mind and spirit, Lisa chose massage as that vehicle. Massage functions on so many levels in its healing capacity. It not only helps when there is strain but there’s an emotional healing aspect that can occur by human touch. Massage is a way for me to help restore people to their best selves.

Lisa excels at giving a wonderful relaxation massage which can include, therapy on specific, troublesome areas. She also enjoys massaging people with special needs and our beautiful senior citizens.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. The Golden Rule!

Taylor always found herself wanting to help others, massage was a random way to solve her yearning for that in this world. It has given her a great amount of joy to help others learn about their bodies. To be the teacher to learn from the inside and out of her clients. Her style ranges from therapeutic, structural, to energetically based. All of the wonders definitely starts from our mind, if her clients can be open to it she can certainly change the way you move and feel in your own skin!
